Responsibility: I am responsible for meeting the need of my employees, customers, investors, and community. I’m also responsible for the success or failure of the company, including but not limited to: operation, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, and more.
Responsibility: Abigail makes sure the company’s support staff is running smoothly. She is in charge of making sure that the office runs smoothly, which includes keeping supplies in stock, making sure administrative and office staff are doing their job, working with vendors, planning events, making sure the facilities are clean, orderly, and safe, and analyzing supply and energy consumption to determine cost-saving and efficiency savings.
Responsibility: Carlencie’s responsibility is to serve as the primary representative of the Chief Financial Officer both within the organization and for external contacts, such as for requests for public information when the CFO is unavailable. She serves as the chief monitor of quality control for the Finance Department via review of monthly reports/downloads from the Department of Public Instruction.
